Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) is a hearing test that detects your neurological system’s response to sound. The electrical signals transferred to the brain are detected in the ABR test. Electrodes are attached to your head, forehead and earlobes, and clicking sounds are passed through earphones. The brain’s response to the sounds is recorded on a graph.
