We are currently in need of qualified Clinical Pharmacist .The ideal candidate will require a BSc in Pharmacy and 2 years Post Graduate qualification leading to a Phar.D. / Doctor of Pharmacy or Masters in Clinical Pharmacy.  Candidates must have active UAE License (DHA/HAAD/ MOH) Inpatient Pharmacist Responsibilities   Processes medications orders (example: medication order entry and verification.) Checks all prescriptions/physicians orders for accuracy before dispensing. Checks unit dose, ward-stocks, pharmacy trays prepared by pharmacy support staff. Counsels patients/nurses with clear and accurate instructions (either by verbal counseling, written labels). Calculates and confirms pharmaceutical dosage calculations and prepare (pediatric doses, IV admixtures, chemotherapy, TPN, etc.). Oversees the daily activities associated with medication dispensing and preparation. Able to work at an acceptable work pace and able to direct and keep work flowing   Monitors for drug interactions, duplication of therapy, allergies, adverse reactions, appropriate formulary alternatives and identifies medications. Reviews medications orders and patient medication profiles for appropriateness of therapy. Check , Removes and replaces expired medication.

Document operational activities. ·         Participate in the implementation of information system/s. Test any configuration, customization or update of hospital information systems. ·         Conduct customer-oriented training workshops. ·         Test applications and applications' updates and releases before general release to end users. ·         Maintain current and complete documentation for applications. ·         Ensure customer satisfaction through effective written and oral communications. ·         Administer, troubleshoot and update information systems/applications. ·         Provide on-demand online training material to enhance user’s utilization of IT systems. ·         Provide services in a customer-friendly approach. ·         Participate actively in the quality improvement program of the department/unit. ·         Perform other related duties as assigned. ·         Train end users (including Doctors, Nurses and other Clinical and Administrative staff) on related software applications ·         Research, identify, and utilize new related applications. ·         Participate in system analysis efforts and requirement gathering. Position Requirements/Qualifications ·         Bachelor of Nursing or relevant degree in healthcare ·         A minimum of 3 years of experience in working in a healthcare facility. ·         Strong Understanding of hospital clinical processes, issues and practices. ·         Understanding of information systems. ·         Ability to articulate facts and ideas clearly and concisely. Other Skills/Abilities ·         Solid understanding of hospital clinical processes, issues and practices. ·         Preferably has knowledge in one or more of the following applications: electronic patient record, patient administration system, outpatient /inpatient management, radiology information system, laboratory information system, pharmacy management, and/or patient billing. ·         Ability to assess end users’ needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Clinical Pathologist (Hematologist with hospital experience in Hematology & Blood Bank), Duties: Studies human tissues to provide data to delineate cause and progress of disease that impairs body function: Trains and oversees laboratory personnel in preparing tissue sections or prepare tissue sections from surgical and diagnostic cases. Examine tissue under microscope to detect characteristics of cell structure indicative of disease and writes diagnostic reports. Communicate findings to surgeons or other physicians. Read current literature, talk with colleagues, or participate in professional organizations or conferences to keep abreast of developments in pathology. Write pathology reports summarizing analyses, results, and conclusions. Diagnose diseases or study medical conditions using techniques such as gross pathology, histology, cytology Identify the etiology, , morphological change, and clinical significance of diseases. Consult with physicians about ordering and interpreting tests or providing treatments. Examine microscopic samples to identify diseases or other abnormalities.  

Female General Surgeon We are looking to hire a Female General Surgeon with specialist medical and surgical knowledge, and excellent decision-making skills. General Surgeons are expected to be emotionally resilient with the ability to communicate effectively and the physical stamina to cope with the demands of performing surgery. Duties: Review patient medical history and plan the best procedure for treatment. Evaluate and advise patients on the risk involved with having surgery. Perform surgical procedures to prevent or correct injury, disease, deformities, and patient function while adhering to regulatory and ethical protocols. Follow established surgical techniques during surgery. To provide high-quality care for patients who present to the hospital's and contribute to the development of Health care services for the hospitals. Experience required 4-5 years. General Surgeon Requirements: Degree in Medicine (essential). 3 years of experience practicing as a General Surgeon. Fantastic manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and visuospatial awareness. Excellent decision-making skills and communication. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Great management and leadership skills. Applicant must be Western trained and educated. Training from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, and Germany will be given the preference.
